Your Role The job as an inspection technician at Anticimex involves varied tasks and flexible days with elements of both social, practical, and theoretical work. We value professionalism and a high sense of service in our ambition to deliver the best service in the market.

As an inspection technician at Anticimex, you will work closely with our customers in what can be their biggest business decision - the purchase or sale of their property. Your contribution in these real estate transactions can be crucial for the customer to make the right decision. During our inspections, we provide expertise and knowledge, but we also care about informing customers about what we see and do.

You will conduct several inspections and customer visits each day. You will drive between your customer visits and have a planned route every day. In connection with these, you will create and build customer relationships and collaborations. You will also collaborate with various real estate agents and offices.

As an inspection technician, you will work with:

• Conducting transfer inspections on villas

• Damage inspections and minor insurance inspections

• Collaborations with real estate agents

• Other housing services

Who You Are You are motivated by providing good service, have an easy time communicating, and enjoy creating new relationships. Days filled with physical meetings and customer visits stimulate you. You are used to working in a structured manner and enjoy creating order around you. Perhaps you also have practical experience from a craft profession, carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work? We always strive to be quickly available to our customers, and therefore we prefer that you live in or near Österlen.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• have competence in construction, energy, carpentry, installations, or similar

• are familiar with digital tools such as phone, computer, tablet, etc.

• master Swedish and possibly other languages

• have a B driver's license

• We apply a six-month probationary period for all positions

• You will work from home

• The nearest offices are located in Kristianstad and Lund
